Job Responsibilities

1. Implement the standards set in the Boecker Operations Manual.
2. Review clients’ feedback and suggest improvements for reports and forms to the Technical Engineering Manager.
3. Visit clients with technical problems and provide technical recommendations to assigned technicians.
4. Provide technical training and field support for technicians.
5. Identify insects collected from treated premises and prepare technical reports accordingly.
6. Verify treatments daily and take appropriate actions when necessary.
7. Prepare and update maps of installed pest control devices.
8. Handle courtesy calls for audited clients and those with technical problems.
9. Prepare quarterly reports on callback analysis and suggest corrective actions to the Technical Engineering Manager.
10. Check the Personal Protective Equipment of field staff and take action where needed.
11. Prepare Trend reports, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) reports, and other technical reports.
12. Examine submitted Service Reports.
13. Review submitted treatment reports and take necessary actions.
14. Issue Pest Management Professionals Certificates, have them signed by concerned stakeholders, and maintain an archive of the same.
