Job Summary
An experienced Consultant who will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Commerce for both Headquarter and Point of Sales system. 8+ years of experience in MS D365 ERP commerce and POS consultancy and supporting, and the proposition of logical business solutions.
Functional Responsibilities
- Configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, EFT Machines, drawers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS, and CPOS, store commerce, and scales integration.
- Troubleshooting of pricing and promotions configuration and trade agreements and price adjustments.
- Following Microsoft best practice in reports designing and customization in POS and HQ including Receipt designer customization along with development team.
- Functional requirement gathering and documentation and FSD preparation for development team.
- Execute the day-to-day activities of MS D365 advisory engagements including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews, and support tickets through LCS.
- Review business processes and advise on system services available within the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application.
- Oversees the SAP SD/Retail applications and all related activities and ensures that they are smoothly running.
- Identify and communicate findings to senior management and business key users.
- Prepare required presentation and documentation for any meetings or activities related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Responsible for handover from implementation partner, verify and receive the information and documentation and required knowledge compared to system implemented functionalities including API integration documents to enable him/her from supporting systems.
- Scoping of projects for upcoming legal entities in Al-Daajan.
- Train Al-Daajan team for the needed configuration and all how to scenarios.
Expected KPIs to be met:
- Percentage of Effective management and support of the applications management operations “Incidents”.
- Percentage of completed training (Himself and his subordinates).
- Percentage of effective development and testing of applications.
- The number of successful application defaults is fixed.
- Percentage of standard business processes against customized business processes.
- Timeliness and accuracy of Management reporting
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a degree in a relevant field;
- MSc in Computing and IT Management or a degree in a relevant field is a plus;
- V.Good in English.
Experience:
- Experience of D365 Commerce/Retail Full life-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail and support, upgrades, rollouts, deployments, and POS redeployment in a multi legal entity environment.
- Experienced in pricing and promotions configuration and trade agreements and price adjustments.
- Experience in commerce retail task management.
- Experienced in handling all Retail scenarios such as Sales, Return, Exchange transactions, POS down-payments and sales orders triggered from POS.
- Experiences in MS Dynamics family mainly MS D365 AX, MS Management Reporter, MS Power BI.
- Diversified professional experience in related fields is a plus.
