Job-Related Responsibilities :
- Catering Activations : Planning and implementing special events or pop-up catering to elevate the brand experience.
- Events Activation : Activating marketing campaigns around events to ensure maximum attendance, engagement, and customer experience. This may involve influencer marketing, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
- Marketing & Red Days Calendar : Developing a calendar that aligns marketing efforts with important dates such as holidays or promotional events.
- Openings : Planning and executing the launch of new venues, restaurants, or event spaces, including promotions, VIP events, staff training, and media coverage.
- Recipe Consistency : Ensuring food and beverages are prepared consistently according to established recipes or standards, focusing on quality control, portion size, and taste.
- Service Standards : Defining and maintaining high standards of customer service, including timely service, professional behavior, and exceeding customer expectations.
- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Update : Regularly reviewing and updating internal processes to reflect industry standards, legal requirements, and company goals.
- Staff Renewals and Internal Hirings : Managing internal hiring programs for promotions or reassignments, employee retention strategies, career development, and succession planning.
- Staff Rota’s : Scheduling staff shifts to meet operational needs while avoiding overburdening employees.
- Staff Training at Arrival : Onboarding and initial training for new staff to ensure understanding of service standards, policies, and job expectations, including theoretical and practical components.
- Staff Yearly Plan : Long-term planning for employee development, career paths, performance evaluations, and setting annual goals, promotions, and training milestones.
- Vacation Plan : Managing staff vacations to ensure smooth operations, holiday coverage, and backup staffing during peak seasons.
- Venues Look & Feel – The Walks : Conducting regular walkthroughs of venues to maintain aesthetics, cleanliness, and ambiance.
The Operation Manager is expected to carry out all operational tasks and support colleagues across departments to achieve the Company’s goals and objectives, both financially and non-financially.
