As a Store Manager, you will be a role model to the team with responsibilities for maximizing sales, profitability, and efficiency standards.

Job responsibilities

Key Functions

  1. Brand Ambassador, Customer Service and Public Relations: Embody the brand image for customers and the store team, demonstrate a strong understanding of the brand DNA, excite and instill passion and pride for the brand, enhance customer service standards to deliver a world-class experience, maintain store standards reflecting the brand image, and lead in-store and promotional events.
  2. Business Management: Monitor sales performance, analyze results, forecast trends, propose commercial action plans, oversee operational processes related to inventory, maintenance, safety, visual & image standards, and service quality to ensure compliance with company objectives.
  3. People Development: Motivate and lead the team, optimize staff competencies, provide feedback, train staff through product and sales training, and review training needs and results.

Minimum of 5 years management experience in a luxury or high fashion environment is required. Outlet experience is a plus. Proficient in English; additional languages are an asset. Knowledge and passion for fashion, art, and culture are essential.
