Job Description

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Degree in logistics, business administration, or related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong team player and motivator.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of conducting Dive Deep analysis.
- Quick decision-maker in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible schedules and shifts.
- Responsible for leading a large, diverse team, ensuring operational efficiency, and collaborating across teams to address challenges.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
  2. Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure high quality and productivity, meeting business objectives across all shifts.
