  3. Design organizational structures to support business strategies.
  4. Promote our culture by endorsing the QuidelOrtho Way and Core Behaviors, guiding decision-making and change management.
  5. Foster an inclusive, diverse, and happy work environment where employees can thrive.
  6. Analyze business data to identify trends and recommend improvements in employee happiness, performance, and retention.
  7. Manage various P&C disciplines, including Talent Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Compensation.
  8. Execute cyclical P&C processes such as performance reviews, compensation reviews, and talent assessments, providing guidance to leaders.
  9. Coach managers on managing complex people issues and support their execution.
  10. Maintain local policies compliant with employment laws, collaborating with Legal counsel as needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with Saudization principles, managing related portals and initiatives.
  12. Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) and local providers (payroll, operations).
