Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support and participate in all recruitment processes, including collecting applications, facilitating candidate assessments (written tests and interviews), negotiations, offers, and employment contracts.
  2. Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers.
  3. Prepare induction frameworks in coordination with relevant departments to provide comprehensive inductions to new staff (local, expatriate, regional).
  4. Review Job Description formats, cross-check with Salary Grades and Position Classification Frameworks.
  5. Communicate interview outcomes and process recruitment paperwork for approval.
  6. Send verbal and written job offers to successful candidates and notify unsuccessful candidates.
  7. Check Bridger for anti-terrorism compliance and forward questions from unsuccessful candidates to hiring managers.
  8. Coordinate logistic arrangements for new staff, ensuring they receive adequate information about the organization, policies, procedures, work desk, computer, email, insurances, etc.
  9. Ensure probation periods for new staff are set and assessed properly and on time.
  10. Collect all required documents from new staff, including degrees, ID cards, marriage certificates (if applicable), bank details, etc.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions.
  12. Keep track of all ongoing recruitment activities.
  13. Participate as an interview panel member as requested.
  14. Ensure recruitment forms and supporting documents are approved, including budget considerations.
