Job description

The Recruitment Section Manager is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and sourcing candidates to extending and negotiating offers. They work closely with concerned departments to understand their needs and develop and implement recruitment strategies accordingly. The recruitment Manager also oversees the performance of their team, ensuring that they are meeting hiring goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company hiring needs
  2. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates
  3. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including concerned departments, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies
  5. Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
  6. Identify and develop new sources of candidates, such as job boards, social media, and networking, and create job postings through various recruitment portals
  7. Conduct initial phone interviews and in-person interviews with candidates
  8. Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers
  9. Prepare and negotiate offer letters with candidates
  10. Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to identify reasons for resignation, analyze data for trends, and develop solutions to address employee turnover
  11. Manage visa processing for new employees outside KSA, coordinate with visa authorities, and ensure timely entry into Saudi Arabia, including obtaining necessary stamps and legal documentation
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, business administration, or relevant fields
  2. Minimum of 5 years proven experience in recruitment processes
  3. Proficiency in KSA's labor laws, HR legislation, and procedures
  4. People management skills, including team leadership and influence
  5. Ability to collaborate effectively with governmental authorities
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
