Join the Special Handling Fulfillment network as a Logistics Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple sites from an operations and compliance perspective. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and meet operational metrics. With a customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns, detect disruptions, and analyze data implications. Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts and travel for site launches, setup, and monitoring is required.

Key job responsibilities

1. Monitor operations of assigned sites and suggest & deploy improvements.
2. Identify useful data from multiple sources and take necessary actions.
3. Foresee implications based on current data and trends.
4. Be organized, proactive, and prompt in notifying issues, problem-solving, and preventing recurrence.
5. Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, respecting objectives, limits, and information privacy.
6. Train and direct associates to ensure adherence to norms and practices.
7. Audit sites for operational conformance, restrictions, and norms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in logistics.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
