About the role

Be the operational linchpin between Sales, our production teams, and suppliers. You’ll turn confirmed orders into on-time deliveries by scheduling jobs, securing materials, and maintaining accurate inventory data in our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Receive production orders from Sales, validate specifications and quantities, and set realistic delivery dates.
  2. Track every job in Odoo (or similar ERP system) from order entry to final dispatch.
  3. Compare BOM needs with stock; raise transfer requests or POs for shortages.
  4. Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full delivery (OTIF).
  5. Conduct weekly cycle counts, reconcile variances, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  6. Publish concise, data-driven status reports on WIP, shortages, and supplier performance.

What You’ll Need

  1. 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production planning, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  2. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  3. Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
  4. Fluent in Arabic and proficient in business English.
  5. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under tight deadlines.
