eMagine Solutions have been retained by a market-leading logistics and industrial services company in Saudi Arabia who are expanding their footprint across the Kingdom. As part of their scale-up, we are hiring an experienced Industrial or Heavy Equipment Sales Manager / BDM to lead business development efforts across the construction, logistics, and infrastructure sectors including active participation in giga projects under Vision 2030.

This role is based in Saudi Arabia and we are open to candidates already in the region or those open to relocation.

You will be responsible for identifying, targeting and signing major companies across sectors such as EPC, construction, earthworks, and transportation. These are not transactional sales. You'll be building long-term strategic relationships, sitting in high-level client meetings, attending site visits, and mapping out equipment solutions tailored to the demands of some of the region's most ambitious infrastructure projects.

We're looking for someone who is commercially aggressive, well-versed in solution selling, and capable of managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Your key performance indicators will be focused on revenue generation, client signings, and pipeline quality. You should already have experience dealing with capital equipment, leasing models, or fleet solutions for heavy machinery from cranes and forklifts to trailers and earthmovers.

This role will require travel across the Kingdom, involvement in bid proposals, and engagement with key giga projects, industrial zones, and logistics corridors. You will be supported by a commercial and operations team, but expected to take ownership of BD strategy and regional expansion.
