Job Title: HR Executive

We have an urgent requirement for an HR Executive for our client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We need an HR professional who can manage 300-500+ employees.

Job Profile
  1. Designing compensation and benefits packages
  2. Developing new HR policies and updating existing ones
  3. Ensuring employees adhere to and comply with HR policies
  4. Executing employee annual review procedures
  5. Counseling employees as required
  6. Conducting exit interviews to understand reasons for termination
  7. Organizing events and conferences for employees
  8. Overseeing the recruitment process
  9. Designing company policies
  10. Setting objectives for the HR team
  11. Helping shape the employer brand strategy
  12. Networking with external stakeholders, HR specialists, and colleagues
