Job Description

As a Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the sales of CUBIC's innovative products and solutions to prospective and existing named accounts in the EMEA META region (Middle East and Africa). Your mission is to maintain long-term business relationships and to create profitable sustainable business growth, including the pull-through of all Rockwell Automation's businesses.

You will report to the EMEA CUBIC Sales Director.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Achieve Rockwell Automation sales targets for CUBIC products & solutions and meet business revenue plans using a disciplined sales process within targeted accounts.
  2. Be responsible for meeting quotas by negotiating and closing opportunities while collaborating with the broader Rockwell Automation sales teams.
  3. Develop an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of CUBIC pursuits.
  4. Contribute to customer proposals and requests for information.
  5. Utilize Global Sales & Marketing resources for opportunity identification and access.
  6. Serve as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members, and your department to ensure effective communication.
  7. Translate technical terms into accessible language and manage expectations internally and externally.
  8. Provide regular status reports to sales management, including forecast, pipeline, and activity summaries.
  9. Monitor and report revenue and pipeline results weekly in CRM to ensure performance goals are met.
  10. Enhance business and financial knowledge of the offerings and their impact on potential business.
  11. Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  12. Explore new market opportunities, such as Data Centers, Water, Energy, and Industry.
The Essentials - You Will Have
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of sales, direct sales, or consulting experience.
  3. Experience in similar positions within the sector is highly valued.
  4. Strong command of English (written & spoken).
  5. Ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
  6. Stakeholder management skills.
  7. Ability to set and be accountable for challenging targets.
  8. Ability to influence, empower, coach, and motivate others.
  9. Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  10. A proven business track record.
  11. Experience engaging with high-level clients.
  12. Experience in developing and executing successful business strategies.
  13. Valid driving license.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
  1. Experience with Low Voltage Switchboards.
  2. Education in electrical or electronic engineering, computer science, manufacturing information technology, or related disciplines.
