Job Purpose

Unilever offers a platform to bring your purpose to life through impactful work. If you are passionate about key accounts management in the food service industry, this role is ideal for you!

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct daily face-to-face visits to active and new key accounts.
  2. Manage and achieve sales targets and KPIs, including turnover, customer base, forecasts, and business plans.
  3. Expand reach and penetration by growing customer base and SKUs per customer.
  4. Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers in the Food Service Channel.
  5. Become a trusted culinary consultant by understanding customer needs and providing comprehensive solutions.
  6. Take calculated risks to secure major wins with key accounts.
  7. Demonstrate UFS SKUs using top applications to clients.
  8. Utilize data analysis and CRM tools like Salesforce to plan daily activities systematically.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to develop new LTOs and innovations with key customers.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 4+ years in Key Accounts Management within the food service industry, specifically in Saudi Arabia. Strong relationship management skills with high-value clients, deep understanding of the Saudi food service market, and experience in strategic planning and execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
