Job description

Project Execution

• Lead project planning and execution, securing all approvals, funding, and coordinating with CNS for operational readiness.

• Collaborate with Engineering for system testing, validation, and shadow mode support to ensure readiness for full operations.

• Ensure continuous compliance with ICAO and aviation regulations through technical assessments and system adjustments.

• Monitor EPC installation progress, resolve schedule or budget issues, and ensure timely project delivery.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, financial, legal) to gather required inputs and approvals for bids.

• Work with planning, installation, and maintenance teams to meet client expectations and technical standards.

• Collaborate with vendors and contractors on RFPs, evaluations, and contract execution to ensure quality and compliance.

Vendor Management

• Develop and manage RFPs for selecting qualified vendors and contractors.

• Maintain communication with vendors, ensuring alignment, resolving issues, and tracking contract performance.

Consultation

• Provide technical support throughout project execution, ensuring smooth delivery with EPC teams.

• Act as a consultant to clients, aligning solutions with their goals and industry best practices.

Policies, Processes, and Procedures

• Support day-to-day compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for systems, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
