About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team at Jumeirah Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy for Dubai hotels, focusing on generating quality traffic and achieving commercial targets.
  2. Assisting CRM and Cluster Marketing teams in improving campaign performance across paid and organic digital channels, including paid search, metasearch, display campaigns, and social media for conversions.
  3. Managing relationships with digital media agencies to ensure optimal technical frameworks, media-buying conditions, and service levels.
  4. Collaborating with the Group Digital Analytics Manager to enhance measurement and reporting tools, optimize spend across paid channels, and promote a data-driven culture.
  5. Supporting the development and deployment of group-wide digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, channel recommendations, and campaign launches.
  6. Providing guidance to Cluster marketing teams to tailor digital campaigns to local markets, attract and retain customers, and increase online bookings.
About You:
  • 8 years of digital marketing experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and brand growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in dynamic environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities, with a history of developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills to ensure timely and efficient execution of initiatives.
