Job description

MEDCO is seeking a driven and technically skilled Senior Sales Engineer in selling Aerial Work Platform (AWP), Tower Lights, Generators and Air Compressor in Jeddah and to support the sales network in the wider Western Region. The role focuses on selling top-tier products, building customer relationships, and gradually developing a specialized sales team focused on this product segment as the operation grows.

While the role is a key individual contributor focused purely on sales, it also offers a strong future career growth potential as successful candidate will have the opportunity to developing a team to build the product’s presence in the region and to lead the product segment in the Western Region in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive AWP sales in Jeddah and the surrounding areas, ensuring consistent growth and customer acquisition

• Develop and present a business plan to expand the in the Western Region

• Improve market coverage by actively prospecting and expanding the customer base

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations handled by the regional sales team

• Conduct client visits, site assessments, and technical product presentations

• Identify and develop key accounts

• Coordinate closely with the After-Sales team to ensure strong service support and customer satisfaction

• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing developments

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports

• Contribute to the long-term development of a dedicated sales team for this product segment

• Represent the brands in alignment with MEDCO’s standards and supplier expectations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience specially in Aerial Work Platforms

• Strong familiarity with the product lineand Solid understanding of the Jeddah and Western Region equipment market

• Strong technical, commercial, and communication skills

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Valid Saudi driving license
