Job Overview:
Are you an experienced professional looking to lead high-impact consulting projects and build strong client relationships? We are seeking a Consulting Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will take charge of project delivery, client management, and the development of your team. You will also play a key role in business development, research, and internal growth activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Project Management:

Oversee and guide a team of project leads, consultants, and associates to achieve project objectives.
Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Lead the delivery of projects, managing financial performance, quality of work, and overall client satisfaction.
Take part in sales and business development, research initiatives, and internal development efforts.
Service Delivery:

Design comprehensive project plans, including governance, risk management, and requirement definitions.
Oversee project delivery activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely financial collection.
Provide guidance to the project team in structuring data collection, research, benchmarking, and analysis.
Lead interviews, executive meetings, and workshops with clients and stakeholders.
