3. Manage field workers and their working hours, attendance.
4. Review the work orders and instructions with field managing perspective.
5. Communicate with specialists and engineers on behalf of field workers.
6. Training field workers in Ladle and Ingot making.
7. Safety management of field workers.
8. Manage and enter work result data in the system.
