The Senior Manager Commercial will oversee all commercial operations, focusing on project cost management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing. This critical role ensures projects are executed within budget while implementing cost-saving measures. Candidates should possess strong leadership and financial expertise, collaborating with procurement, finance, legal, and operations teams.

• Lead all commercial activities across project lifecycle from bidding and contracts to project execution and close-out.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals and project needs.
• Budget and Cost Management:
• Monitor, control, and report on project budgets to ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising project quality or timelines.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Procurement and Contracts:
• Oversee tendering, negotiation, and finalization of contracts and subcontracts.
• Review and approve key supplier contracts to ensure compliance and value for money.
• Risk and Compliance:
• Identify commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all commercial practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with internal teams (project management, procurement, finance) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, clients).
• Act as the commercial point of contact for all major projects.
• Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
• Develop dashboards and commercial performance reports for senior management.
• Track KPIs related to cost, efficiency, and contract performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master s or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of commercial experience, including at least 3 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in project cost control, budget management, and strategic procurement.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
