Key Responsibilities

1. Safety: Ensure adherence to WWJSSS related to construction activities.
2. Quality: Implement and maintain ISO 9000 procedures; arrange electrical power for lift testing.
3. Supervision: Oversee all installation works, verify building and lift details, liaise with the Main Contractor on delivery and storage, ensure site dimensions match shop drawings, conduct site inspections, monitor progress, supervise subcontractors, and ensure timely, defect-free work.
4. People Management: Supervise and control discipline, morale, and performance of subordinates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in an Engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Installation Supervisor/Foreman or similar role.
• Experience managing teams of installers, testers, and subcontractors.
• Strong technical knowledge of lift and escalator installation works.
• Knowledge of ISO procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
