To lead and manage the company's human resources and administrative operations by ensuring effective recruitment, employee development, compliance, and efficient administrative support to align with the strategic goals of the maintenance and operations environment.

Job Purpose

To lead and develop human resources and administrative functions to ensure effective support for the company's multi-site operations, including managing policies, personnel, payroll, labor relations, and administrative services within the operations and maintenance sector.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage employee records, payroll, and leave tracking while ensuring compliance with internal regulations and Saudi labor law.
  • Oversee labor relations procedures and resolve employee disputes and complaints through legal frameworks.
  • Supervise administrative services such as housing, transportation, security, and site support.
  • Ensure administrative support's readiness and daily functionality across all work locations and projects.
  • Coordinate with government entities, including GOSI, Jawazat, and the Ministry of Human Resources, and platforms such as Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad.
  • Prepare regular reports to senior management covering absenteeism, payroll, compliance, and workforce status.
  • Lead and develop HR and administrative teams, setting performance standards and overseeing their execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor HR-related operations on-site and ensure staffing alignment with project demands.
  • Provide guidance and direction to site-level HR representatives to apply company policies and address project-level workforce issues consistently.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in HR and administration, including 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Sector Experience: Prior experience in the operations & maintenance or facilities management is essential.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and government platforms.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsproficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
