The Business Development Officer plays a vital role in driving growth for Elegancia Arabia Limited by identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the Saudi market. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships within the facilities management, catering, and manpower supply industries. The officer will ensure the company's successful registration and compliance with client portals and procurement departments while promoting services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the Saudi market.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities within facilities management, catering, and manpower supply industries.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.

3. Registration and Compliance:

  • Handle and maintain the company's registration on all relevant clients procurement register and online portals, including but not limited to Etimad.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement requirements across all client organizations.
  • Regularly update and manage the client registration database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

4. Promotion and Networking:

  • Represent Elegancia Arabia Limited at industry events, conferences, seminars, and networking forums.
  • Actively promote the company's services to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's visibility and brand reputation in the market.

5.Strategic Collaboration and Planning:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with organizational goals.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and promotional strategies tailored to client needs.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure alignment with company policies and Saudi market regulations in all business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the Saudi market, particularly within facilities management, catering, or manpower supply industries.
  • Proven track record of handling client registrations and procurement compliance.

Skills:

  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret market trends.
  • Proficiency in market research, sales trend analysis, and client relationship management.
  • ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
