About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Head of Commercial - Spot, you will drive business growth through collaboration between Marketing and Sales. Your focus will be on developing cost-effective customer acquisition strategies across various channels, providing the sales team with the necessary tools to approach potential customers. This role centers on the growth and expansion of Trella’s spot vertical in Pakistan.

What You'll Do
  1. Lead the strategy for customer acquisition and marketing to attract more clients.
  2. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target markets and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  3. Create cost-efficient marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  4. Establish clear objectives and KPIs to measure business growth.
  5. Reach the targeted audience necessary for Trella’s growth.
  6. Develop strategies to highlight the benefits of our platform for shippers and carriers.
What You'll Need
  1. 10+ years of experience in Business Development.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
  3. Strategic, forward-thinking, and innovative mindset.
  4. Experience working within an agile development environment.
  5. Proven track record of growing businesses, preferably startups.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
