We are looking for someone passionate about building the next big thing and making a true impact in the region. This person will be responsible for our storytelling across a variety of the company's social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms for the company - support management of social media content calendar and scheduling.
Manage the overall process of content execution liaising with content writers and illustrators to ensure all translated contents are converted to necessary creative assets across end-to-end-user touchpoints.
Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter ,Snap, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms - Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
Manage and facilitate social media communities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, and images.
Develop and implement strategies to increase social media engagement, including creating interactive content, running contests, and encouraging user-generated content.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.
Research and identify target audience demographics, interests, and behaviors to tailor content and ad strategies accordingly.
Design and implement effective social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Continuously test and optimize content, ad formats, targeting, and messaging to improve performance metrics.
Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Monitor social media metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates to track engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
Optimize posting schedules and frequency based on audience activity and engagement patterns to maximize visibility and interaction
Competencies
Strong understanding of social media channels with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Creative skills, ability to generate ideas for different platforms.
Copywriting.
Content Management (ideally, we would want to see some examples of your work).
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a human-first approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Required Experience
Proficiency with social media analytics tools.
