What you'll be doing

Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. The role includes maintaining counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promoting products, and merchandising. The consultant must also uphold high standards of grooming.

Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty. Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, uses, and services. Communicate effectively to assess customer needs, provide assistance, and exceed expectations. Advise customers on product ranges suited to their needs. Demonstrate product usage and benefits. Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets using makeup expertise. Track sell-out targets at store level. Participate in incentive programs. Monitor post-launch sales. Ensure merchandising standards are met. Replenish stock as needed and report shortages accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry.
