About the role: The Implementation Management function manages project implementation services effectively, supporting commercial engagements with technical advice. The Lead Implementation Manager should have a hybrid mentality when delivering projects, adhering to responsible business practices, ensuring compliance with group, legal, and financial directives, as well as environmental health & safety (EHS), information security, and privacy standards. They ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, quality, and budget, by managing field teams, interfacing with customers, handling Approved Service Providers (ASPs), and coordinating resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and drive end-to-end project implementation, ensuring timely completion of deliverables with proper scope and quality.
2. Define implementation scope and develop detailed project timelines in agreement with customers and project managers.
3. Coordinate the work of sub-contractors and manage quality assurance during rollout.
4. Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards.
5. Manage implementation budgets and control purchase orders with sub-contractors.
6. Plan and follow up on execution dependencies and demands.
7. Oversee execution activities with all stakeholders.
8. Plan and manage the implementation team.
9. Coordinate with the optimization team for drive/walk tests and acceptance.
10. Secure deliverables acceptance from the first attempt.
11. Manage project deliverables handover to customers and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Communication Engineering.
• Experience with Saudi Telecom Operators (STC, Mobily, Zain) is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Telecom/Communication sectors.
• Technical domain experience in RAN, TRM, IBS.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, team leadership, planning, scheduling, financial management, and customer relations skills.
