What You'll Do

• Process approved requisitions quickly and accurately
• Understand project needs and source materials accordingly
• Verify and clarify purchase requests, offering alternatives when needed
• Research and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and reputation
• Prepare RFQs and analyze bids from approved vendors
• Provide cost and lead time estimates to relevant teams
• Negotiate contracts and secure the best commercial terms
• Resolve issues with defective or delayed goods/services
• Track budgets and stay aligned with project cost plans
• Maintain organized records of all procurement transactions

What We're Looking For:

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction
• At least 2 years focused on procurement, especially in Fit-Out works
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of construction materials and services
• Great time management and multitasking skills
• Confident in supplier selection and contract evaluation
