Job role

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Systems Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform routine systems administration activities, ensuring our systems operate efficiently to meet business needs. You will play a crucial role in implementing system improvements and remedial actions in the event of system failures or breakdown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot front-end systems and store application servers (Windows, Linux).


• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure services (DHCP, NPS, DNS, AD).


• Lead network design and implementation for stores, offices, and warehouses.


• Configure, deploy, and monitor network devices (firewalls, switches).


• Upgrade and migrate operating systems and software applications.


• Troubleshoot user issues and roll out upgrades.


• Assemble, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot POS systems (Windows, Linux).


• Handle digital initiatives at stores (digital menus, IoT, music systems, smart devices).


• Assist with new system testing and implementation

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or computer Engineering.


• Preferably have certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Linux System Administrator/System Engineer.


• Experience with various Microsoft Server products (Hyper-V, VMWare, Remote Desktop Services).


• 1-2 years of work experience; freshers are welcome to apply.


• Ability to work morning and evening shifts, on-call duty, and weekends.


• Preferably have experience in retail systems or a similar role in a retail company.
