Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Al-Tarouti’s products and services.
  2. Oversee the design and development of product packaging, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and appeals to target audiences.
  3. Collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  5. Manage marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive brand awareness.
  6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external vendors, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve marketing efforts.

Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, with a focus on product packaging and design.
  3. Strong creative and visual skills, with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
