Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Finance Business Partner to be based in Jeddah.

Key aspects of the role include:

• To provide support and work closely with the Commercial Team on financial aspects.
• Conduct profitability analysis of the assigned portfolio to optimize resource allocation and pricing strategies.
• Develop detailed forecasts for sales, costs, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, identify risks, and opportunities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across the commercial operations, ensuring cost discipline while maintaining revenue growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing financial advice on key business decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports providing actionable insights to sales and finance teams.
• Monitor KPI and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant Professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance business partnering role within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid experience in profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with financial management systems and MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
