Job description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of projects within defined financial targets and must have developed the appropriate communication skills with a sound ability to negotiate internally and externally in client and stakeholder relationships. They will be a lead interface with third parties, which involves the selection of suppliers, agreement, planning, timelines, and quality of deliverables.

***Please note that besides Project Management responsibilities, the right candidate will also have a Business Development role***

Required Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Masters desirable.
• 10 years of experience
• AE Experience is a must
• Certified in PMP or PRINCE2
• Significant experience in leading and delivering complex projects, managing financials, major resources, including third-party suppliers, and transitioning into operational service
• Ability to have robust and difficult conversations with customers, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ability to plan for and manage risks in complex projects; and take swift, appropriate, and decisive action to address issues.
• Familiar with project management software like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
