LVMH Beauty Middle East manages 11 different brands, including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Benefit Cosmetics, Fenty, Fresh, and MFK. It oversees an area encompassing 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India, with subsidiaries and agent structures.

Main Job Objective:

The Training Manager – Givenchy is responsible for (1) defining and rolling out the training strategy and action plan according to guidelines and in coordination with regional & HQ and market-specific development needs. (2) defining and executing training action plan for floor team: deliver training, E-learning, Retail coaching follow-up. (3) identifying specific needs for improvement to enhance team skills in line with market/network objectives. (4) sharing training practices and tools with Regional & HQ, to guarantee message consistency and resource optimization.

Main Responsibilities

Knowledge Expert

  • Be the reference in terms of knowledge on Givenchy for all floor teams.
  • Learn and know Givenchy’s history, creations, and ongoing Brand activity to share with the local floor team.
  • Constantly check the competition environment: know the key players in the markets in terms of product offer and Givenchy’s competitive advantage.

Training

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all floor team trainings.
  • Train all teams on Givenchy brands, products (fragrances, skincare, and makeup), and know-how with the objective to teach how to sell to clients.
  • Coach sales teams through:

1- Being present in the POS to ensure learning and training dynamics.

2- Conducting role-plays to ensure mastery of sales speech.

3- Following up on sales trainings with the team to optimize performance.

  • Manage the full spectrum of educational activities, including classroom programs, seasonal seminars, field coaching, and special projects.

Learning and Development

Based on guidelines from Regional & HQ, marketing, and local strategy, you will:

  • Establish individual training paths based on needs.
  • Share and exchange information with Regional & HQ on local actions and expectations.

Support Retail Performance

  • Identify high-potential retail team members and contribute to their development in coordination with retail managers.
  • Analyze, propose, and implement action plans to improve retail staff performance (FTE performance, product categories, mystery shopping results).
  • Monitor Mystery Shopping results and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to formalizing and implementing individual development plans for key retail members.

Team Management

  • Recruit, lead, inspire, and develop the team.
  • Set objectives, manage performance, empower, and provide feedback.
  • Identify and develop talent within the team.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in luxury beauty training.
  • Solid experience in classroom training and field coaching.
  • Deep knowledge of beauty products and trends.
  • Strong business acumen, proactive, with a passion for excellence.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with strong visual storytelling ability.
  • Resourceful, initiative-driven, results-oriented.
  • Creative, enthusiastic about beauty.
  • Proficient in video editing software including Premiere, Photoshop, iMovie, After Effects.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
