It oversees an area encompassing 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India, with subsidiaries and agent structures.
Main Job Objective:
The Training Manager – Givenchy is responsible for (1) defining and rolling out the training strategy and action plan according to guidelines and in coordination with regional & HQ and market-specific development needs. (2) defining and executing training action plan for floor team: deliver training, E-learning, Retail coaching follow-up. (3) identifying specific needs for improvement to enhance team skills in line with market/network objectives. (4) sharing training practices and tools with Regional & HQ, to guarantee message consistency and resource optimization.
