What to expect from the role

Bureau is looking for someone who sets ambitious personal goals with a consistent and repeatable process. With a focus on clients in the Middle East, you will be instrumental in landing and expanding our core customer base, reporting to the Head of Sales. The right person can work with senior-level technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple verticals. In addition to managing the full sales cycle, you will have a significant opportunity to shape our GTM processes.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the Middle East region & will be based in Dubai. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the local market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

How will your day look like at Bureau
  • Drive net new customer acquisition through an efficient and consultative solution-selling approach.
  • Develop sales strategies, execute tactics, and secure resources required to close sales opportunities.
  • Play a leading role in optimizing the sales GTM and supporting prospects throughout their journey.
  • Differentiate and delight customers with creative presentations and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Define territory and account strategies to enable sales predictability in partnership with various teams.
  • Manage sales pursuits and pipeline, assist in identifying, qualifying, and closing leads, and coordinate account management activities.
What does it take to be in this role
  • Minimum 6-7 years of B2B SaaS quota-carrying experience, preferably with technical audiences, in building fraud & risk business in the Middle East.
  • Experience with MENA sales and familiarity with the local business culture, regulations, and market conditions. Arabic language skills are preferred.
  • Proven ability to engage with key associations and ecosystem members, building awareness and community within the ecosystem.
  • Experience across the entire customer acquisition cycle from lead to close.
  • Passion for customer engagement, storytelling, and strategic relationship expansion.
  • Experience supporting large BFSI, Tech, and Fintech customers.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and proactively improve productivity.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn technical products and communicate their value effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Background in selling Fraud & risk software solutions with a solution sales approach.
