What you'll do:

Join a talented, fast-paced team driving major initiatives. This role oversees our fulfillment and logistics centers across UAE, KSA, and Egypt, focusing on optimizing and securing the technology infrastructure that supports our operations. We seek a strategic leader capable of fostering innovation and efficiency through IT systems.

• Manage IT infrastructure and technology strategies across fulfillment centers and logistics hubs in UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
• Ensure smooth IT operations, network stability, and system uptime supporting 24/7 logistics and fulfillment activities.
• Implement IT security measures, manage risk, and ensure compliance to protect operations across all regions.
• Collaborate with business and operations teams on cost optimization, IT infrastructure, and automation projects to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain and improve Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and automation technologies.
• Lead deployment of IoT, RFID, robotics, and AI-driven automation to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure effective IT support, adherence to SLAs, troubleshooting, and vendor management for seamless operations.
• Lead IT projects, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align IT with business goals.
• Manage a team of IT engineers, system administrators, and support vendors, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.

What you’ll need:

• Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or IT Security.
• Over 10 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, eCommerce, or supply chain sectors.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Microsoft, Linux networking, IT security, and data protection.
• Proven ability to lead support teams and deliver IT services aligned with SLAs.
• Experience managing multi-country IT operations, especially in the Middle East.
