Projects Senior Sales Engineer – Saudi Arabia/Riyadh

Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

In this role, you will join our Electrical Products team and be part of our success story in the Middle East based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your main responsibilities & experience shall include:

  1. Achieving sales KPIs across different sales channels.
  2. Maximizing market exploitation for Siemens LV products and systems.
  3. Maintaining advanced knowledge of LV market segments, potentials, pricing, competitors, and applications.
  4. Promoting the competitive edges of our product portfolio over competitors.
  5. Supporting back-office team in offers & orders processing.
  6. Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
  7. Proactively assessing, clarifying & validating partner account needs.
  8. Supporting product marketing activities to meet market needs & demand.
  9. Supporting the launch of new products for control & power distribution applications.
  10. Conducting market analysis to determine size and share, and maintaining data regularly.
  11. Collecting and analyzing market intelligence to identify trends, dynamics, and customer requirements.
  12. Building relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Developers, End Users, and promoting Siemens visibility.
  13. Driving projects with all stakeholders through the sales process.
  14. Developing project pipelines for Siemens and channel partners, ensuring appropriate solutions.
  15. Supporting customers in evaluating Siemens products’ technology and constraints.
  16. Supporting product approval and prequalification processes.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

• Relevant Engineering Bachelor’s degree.

• 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong sales and marketing background on Low Voltage products and systems.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as a team player and leader.

• Critical and strategic thinking with high product and market analysis skills.

• Strong presentation skills and market intelligence knowledge.

• Professional experience in channel partner business in Low Voltage, power, and control products.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Proficient in written and spoken Arabic.
