Job description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their company.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our online presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and possesses a deep understanding of the Marketing landscape. This role involves crafting and executing Marketing Strategy, understanding the market needs, and creating a clear competitive advantage compared to other competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Plan Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring a full understanding of the market, customers, and competitors.
  2. Creating and Developing Product/Services: Work on STP models and collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor product/service launching.
  3. Managing and Handling Consumer Research: Provide research support on projects, including literature searches, data collection, data processing, data linkages, analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, and report preparation.
  4. Campaign Planning and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  5. Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with the content team to create the main message to be properly communicated through digital platforms, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI. Use insights to optimize strategies and tactics. Use historical data to build an 80%+ accurate Reach model, and performance marketing plan, and predict incremental output & input expected from Media Strategy, in terms of traffic & deliveries to topline.
  7. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment and cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
  8. Category Understanding and Research: Understand TG, product service, and its relevance from the category owners. Be a part of consumer immersions and U&A studies to formulate an opinion. You would be required to understand current and desired penetration objectives - Awareness to Consideration/Trial Funnel - how these move over time (with and without marketing).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing with a track record of successful Marketing Strategy planning and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of current digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
