We are currently looking for a Manager to join our Advisory team, who will be involved in the full client development journey creating public impact at TAM. You will be in charge of shaping strategies and overseeing its implementation. You will manage and build teams and heavily contribute to building TAM future practices and offerings.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives:

  1. Build strong and long-term relations with clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues.
  2. Shape client’s agenda through understanding key pains and propose discussion points with TAM leadership.
  3. Take full ownership of multiple projects concurrently.
  4. Structure the full scope of the project and define the project’s specific approach, framework, and methodologies.
  5. Manage the full project plan, deliverables, resources, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Actively manage the client relationship during the project to ensure high client satisfaction.
  7. Drive business insight, conclusions, and solid recommendations to address client’s issues.
  8. Lead the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
  9. Manage and develop team members according to career plans by providing insight and coaching.
  10. Own client communications & relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 6+ years of relevant experience.
  2. History of working with Saudi governmental clients in professional services and management consulting (must have).
  3. Successfully managed multiple large-scale projects.
  4. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  5. Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  6. Full proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  7. Bachelor’s degree is a must; business-related majors are preferred.
