Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction will contribute to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and service.

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities as needed
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors
  • Remove and sort dirty linens, garbage, and recyclables
  • Organize and restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and personal belongings
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Basic English language skills for communicating with guests and team members
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
