A leading company in the telecom sector is seeking an experienced professional to lead client engagements and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Telecom project implementation, with a strong focus on B2C/B2B transformations. Responsibilities include mentoring teams, defining best practices, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of various telecom models and hands-on experience with Oracle RODOD stack.
Strong experience in B2C / B2B Telco transformation projects
Hands-on with Oracle RODOD stack : Siebel, BRM, OSM, UIM, ASAP, OSB, and Scale API
Deep understanding of FTTH (FTTB, FTTHR, FTTBR), 5G FWA, VoBB, OTT, and Open Access models
Skilled in end-to-end functional areas : Product Catalog, Order-to-Cash, Billing, CRM, Dealer & Workforce Management, Provisioning, Inventory, Integrations (3 Scale API Gateway, CITC, LDAP SSO)
Experience with CI / CD using Jenkins, ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus for monitoring
Proven track record in delivering project artifacts (Architecture, Design, Requirements, Testing, Cutover plans, etc.)
Responsibilities :
15+ years of Telecom project implementation experience
Lead client engagements across workflow upgrades, system changes, and ongoing support
Define best practices and troubleshoot complex cross-functional issues
Guide and mentor teams, delegate work, and ensure delivery alignment
Facilitate testing, solution validation, and performance improvement
Build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement
