As a Marketing Manager - Transactions, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing Events, PR, Creative and social media marketing in collaboration with our Transactions Sales Department.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Set up the transactions marketing team within our marketing & communications team;
  • Work closely with the transactions departments to support them in achieving commercial objectives;
  • Assign roles and targets to your team;
  • Manage budgets to ensure maximum value;
  • Lead sales events;
  • Work with the performance marketing teams for effective campaign execution;
  • Design and implement Social Media Campaigns to improve drive sales;
  • Lead in-house creative/design team for Bayut;
  • Perform social media audit for the competitive landscape;
  • Research new marketing platforms and creative mediums to meet commercial goals;
  • Manage PR for positive brand presence for all our transaction accounts;
  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships with relevant media outlets;
  • Track & report performance to the top management;
  • Work on special projects given by the management.
