Job description

This role will be based at our state of the art new manufacturing facility in Sudair Industrial City.

Position Purpose

To lead and manage the full spectrum of manufacturing operations in a high-output plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production aligned with quality and food safety standards. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for delivering operational excellence through effective resource planning, production optimization, team leadership, and adherence to regulatory compliance. This role will drive plant performance through continuous improvement initiatives, automation integration, and robust cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams. The ultimate goal is to achieve best-in-class productivity, consistent product quality, and operational scalability to support the factory's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing operation
  • Implement safety and food quality protocols
  • Optimize workforce planning and training
  • Oversee preventive maintenance schedules

Financial Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee the annual budget for manufacturing operations.
  • Control and track costs related to production, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure financial reports are accurate and aligned with company policies.
  • Contribute to CAPEX planning for facility and equipment improvements.
  • Ensure alignment of operations with cost targets and profitability goals.
  • Provide strategic financial reports to senior management for decision-making

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Academic and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years in food manufacturing, with 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in frozen/fried foods
