Job Description

Your Impact

The new Customer Experience Renewals Manager (RM) role is a highly strategic position aimed at empowering key customers to transform their businesses and meet objectives through Cisco solutions. The CX RM focuses on sales and customer engagement to successfully renew and grow recurring revenue for Software. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Drive CX Renewals with customers, utilizing Cisco resources from opportunity identification to negotiation and closure.
  2. Renew, up-sell, and close contracts timely within the assigned territory.
  3. Understand customer needs for tailored software solutions and align them with Cisco Buying Programs, effectively communicating their benefits.
  4. Maintain internal and external relationships to support closing sales, building deep relationships with customer executives and partners.
  5. Supervise and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience (CX), focusing on renewals and/or customer success within the Saudi market.
  2. 5 years of experience working with partners across the MEA-TRC region, preferably with knowledge of the Saudi market.
  3. At least 5 years of hands-on experience engaging with customers in the Saudi market.
  4. Based in Riyadh, KSA, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals with a result-driven approach.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
  3. Strong process management and financial skills, capable of developing policies related to forecasting and data accuracy.
  4. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. Possession of industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, COBIT, or Six Sigma.
  6. Experience in the Public Sector is a plus.
