A leading company in the Makkah Region is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement service improvements. Manage the Telephone and Fax Operators staff to ensure they are motivated, well-trained, and perform their responsibilities to the required standards.

Participate in customer care programs to retain current, past, and potential customers.
Engage in customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify common complaints and develop effective solutions.
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date customer information database.
Investigate and resolve problems raised from the call center in cooperation with relevant departments.
Prepare reports, studies, and presentations to brief top management on customer satisfaction levels, common complaints, and recommended solutions.
Stay updated on new developments in the customer service field and ensure the company adopts beneficial innovations.
