Job description

Jamjoom Medical Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Product Specialist Equipment line to join our teams in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Khobar. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, delivering technical support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across our portfolio of medical equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets through effective territory management, implementation of sales and marketing plans, and strong knowledge of products and competitors.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support the sales cycle and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor product availability and field inventory; coordinate with management and logistics for order fulfillment and planning.
  4. Validate open customer orders, track delivery schedules, and communicate updates to the customer service team.
  5. Provide market and competitor insights to identify new opportunities and support product positioning.
  6. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and visit documentation in a timely manner.
  7. Install medical equipment, conduct user training, and collect signed installation and usage condition reports.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or any medical background.

-Minimum 2-3 experience in OR / GIT / ICU Nursing.

-Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills

-Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point and ERP system

-Proficiency in both Arabic and English Languages

-Valid local driving license and willingness to travel within the territory
