The client is a well established regional organisation who operates in multiple sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description

The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and determining the right structure of the sales department
  • Reviewing and deciding the annual sales strategy
  • Establishing the marketing function in-house and building the yearly marketing plan
  • Implementing market research and analysing competitors in each category
  • Diagnosing and proposing a suitable pricing strategy
  • Conducting research, assessment and recommending distributors in regions that are not currently covered

The Successful Applicant

The Head of Sales and Marketing needs to have:

  • 15+ years of sales and marketing experience including 3 to 5 years as a Head of Sales and Marketing
  • A strong background in the beauty or personal care segments
  • A deep understanding of the Saudi market gained from previous work experience in the Kingdom
  • Excellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Arabic is preferred
