Job Brief

We are searching for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Manager to come on board and contribute to the digital marketing efforts of our company.

The E-Commerce Manager is primarily responsible for driving the online sales of our company, managing our online inventory, and enhancing our digital marketing efforts across all online channels.

Our ideal candidate is familiar with the dynamics of online sales, digital marketing strategies, and understands search engine optimization (SEO) practices.

Ultimately, the role of the E-Commerce Manager is to enhance our online presence, increase our online sales and maintain all e-commerce platforms to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all e-commerce activities in relation to sales, marketing, and product presentation
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve website traffic and sales conversion
  • Manage product listings and ensure accurate product information
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of e-commerce trends
  • Optimize website content for search engines and boost website visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales
  • Ensure the functionality and efficiency of the e-commerce platform
  • Adhere to the latest industry trends and stay updated on recent technologies

Qualifications

  • Proven 2 years work experience as an e-commerce specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce practices, including SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media platforms
  • Experience in project management and customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
