Prepare statistical and financial reports and provide data and information within the specified time.
Manage client and public requests for reference and historical data, including mutual fund information and financial indicators.
Ensure that the Exchange's website is up to date with relevant information.
Ensure that all adjustments and corrections are made accurately and timely.
Deliver all reports within the agreed time frame, along with the required information to customers.
Partner with lines of business to drive alignment and facilitate transactions while supporting clients.
Carry out daily operations assigned to comply with the company’s standards.
Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company.
Ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers by addressing their needs courteously and promptly.
Follow relevant policies, procedures, and processes for controlled and consistent work.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, cost-effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Promote adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions among other employees.
Maintain respectful relationships with colleagues and represent the company positively.

Bachelor's degree in Finance & Business Management or similar.

3+ years of experience in financial services with exposure to data management.
