Job Summary

The Senior HR Operations Manager leads the implementation of HR strategies, coordinates recruitment, and develops robust systems, policies, and practices on people management. This role develops, manages, and coordinates the overall functioning of administrative support systems for the Business Unit as well as service providers, including office management, facilities management, policy development and maintenance, travel, and staff management.

Job Responsibilities 1
  1. Work closely with the Group Human Resources to develop the company's overall HR strategies, ensuring the implementation of HR best practices. Facilitate communication among employees and management. Guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.
  2. Provide consultative services to all employee levels regarding policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans, and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
  4. Design and develop HR training programs for management and employees.
  5. Stay updated on employee policies and corporate standards, informing leadership and teams accordingly.
  6. Maintain a confidential HR system to manage employee and organizational records.
  7. Manage all aspects of HR and Talent Management, including labor relations, employee relations, diversity, and compensation programs.
  8. Consult on equal employment opportunity issues and charges.
  9. Administer performance and salary review programs to retain and develop talent and ensure fair compensation.
  10. Collaborate with line managers on performance management, including reviews and goal setting.
  11. Develop and oversee new employee orientation and training programs.
  12. Establish systems for learning and development, ensuring alignment with company strategies and policies.
  13. Manage training plans, ensuring timely delivery and measurement of outcomes.

  • Extensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean Management.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
Job Experience
