Our client is a prominent life sciences organization in Saudi Arabia. They are looking to hire a Saudi National - Sales Insurance Manager to oversee and develop strategic partnerships with insurance providers.

Description
  1. Build and Manage Insurance Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to secure coverage for pharmacy products and healthcare services. Negotiate contract terms to maximize mutual benefits.
  2. Oversee Contract Management: Review, update, and manage all insurance agreements, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and identifying areas for enhancement.
  3. Assess and Address Customer Needs: Analyze customer requirements for insurance coverage and ensure these needs are met through effective agreements with providers.
  4. Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure understanding and proper implementation of insurance agreements. Provide training and awareness to front-line employees.
  5. Enhance Billing and Collection Processes: Design and implement improved billing and collection procedures to ensure timely payments from insurance companies.
  6. Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all insurance contracts and related practices comply with local regulations governing insurance and healthcare services.
Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Saudi market, with a minimum of 5 years in insurance sales or relationship management, preferably within healthcare or pharmacy sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of health care and pharmaceutical insurance policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • The candidate should be a Saudi National and can be based in Khobar or Riyadh.
